BACF Funds

BACF Unrestricted Fund - These funds are awarded at the discretion of the board of directors to local non-profit organizations through a formal grant application process. It is used to support charitable projects and programs that provide the greatest impact on the communities in the Boerne area.

The Tyler Paul Davidson Foundation Fund - A donor advised fund created by Tom and Andrea Davidson, Fair Oaks Ranch, in honor and memory of their son, Tyler. Its purpose is to help support projects and programs closely associated with the two great loves of Tyler's life - God and golf.

The Boerne Education Foundation Permanent Endowment Fund - This permanent endowment was established to help ensure the continuation of the Boerne Education Foundation's mission - to support all of the public schools in the Boerne Independent School District by providing funds beyond the normal operating budget to improve student achievement and to recognize and encourage teaching excellence. The Agricultural Heritage Museum Endowment Fund - This endowment fund was created to support the operations of the Agricultural Heritage Center and Museum. The Ag Museum was established in 1986 to preserve the historic items of the Texas Hill Country's agricultural history for tomorrow's generations to learn from and enjoy. Boerne EMS Endowment Fund - This permanent endowment fund was established to support the operations of the Boerne Emergency Medical Service Association. Boerne EMS provides emergency medical services in Kendall County.

Friends of the Cibolo Wilderness Endowment Fund - This permanent fund was created to support the mission of the Cibolo Nature Center in Boerne, Texas. The Friends of the Cibolo Wilderness exists to promote the conservation of natural resources through education and stewardship.

Cibolo Conservancy Legal Defense Fund - The purpose of this fund is to protect conservation easements that have been donated to the Cibolo Conservancy. The Cibolo Conservancy is a land trust organization dedicated to the preservation and conservation of the natural and cultural resources of the Cibolo Creek Watershed. The Conservancy's mission is accomplished through acquisition (through purchase or donation) of land and conservation easements. The Conservancy conducts landowner seminars, professional education workshops, and other outreach in partnership with national, state, and local government entities to educate the public on the benefits and uses of land trust tools.
